Criteria for requesting Thailand Halal standards for Indonesia

According to the Office of the Central Islamic Committee of Thailand Has been registered as a Halal certification body according to Indonesian standards on November 18, 2023. We would like to inform you of the qualifications of entrepreneurs who wish to request Halal certification according to Indonesian standards as follows.

Qualifications of the operator For Halal certification according to Indonesian standards

1. Entrepreneurs must be Halal certified. According to the standards of the Central Islamic Committee of Thailand (CSA) as a basis

2. Entrepreneurs must receive Halal certification training according to Indonesian standards by SCOOT.

3. Entrepreneurs must arrange for a Halal Supervisor to be stationed at the establishment. which has the following properties

3.1 General properties

- Male or female, age between 21 years - 60 years.

- Believe Islam Strictly follow religious principles.

- Graduated with a Sanawi degree. Islamic aspect (Mathayom 6) or equivalent or

Graduated with a Vocational Certificate or higher.

- Have knowledge of English for communication

3.2 Position-specific qualifications

- Passed training in the Halal Controller course from BPJPH, Indonesia.

- Registered with the Halal Affairs Department, SCOT.

- Is appointed by the establishment to act as a Halal Supervisor at the establishment.

· Entrepreneurs must submit documents to request Halal certification according to Indonesian standards. Through the Office of the Provincial Islamic Committee (Islamic Committee) to issue a letter to send to the Halal Affairs Department, SCOT.

· In the case that the establishment is located in a province that does not have the Provincial Administrative Organization, the entrepreneur must submit documents to request Halal certification according to Indonesian standards. Come to the Halal Affairs Department, SCOT.
