The Ministry of Interior held a press conference to prepare for facilitating “people traveling to perform the Hajj” in the year 1446 AH (2568 B.E.)

Today, Pol. Maj. Gen. Surin Palare, Secretary-General of the Central Islamic Council of Thailand, assigned Dr. Ali Khan, Deputy Secretary-General of the Central Islamic Council of Thailand, to attend a press conference to prepare for facilitating those traveling to perform the Hajj pilgrimage in the year 1446 AH (2568), organized by the Ministry of Interior. The press conference was attended by Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, Minister of Interior, Ms. Sabida Thaiset, Deputy Minister of Interior, and Mr. Prasarn Sricharoen, representative of the Chularatchamontri, who focused on ensuring that Muslims travel smoothly and safely. The event presented guidelines for travel management, immigration, public health measures, and safety of travelers. Information on benefits and support from the government was also provided.
