Iftar party for the month of Ramadan, year 1446 AH

The Prime Minister opened the event: I am very pleased and honored to be here today to celebrate the breaking of fast of Ramadan in the year 1446 AH.

Ramadan is a holy month for all Muslims, in which Allah has given us the Holy Quran to follow in our daily lives. On this occasion, Muslims should remember the Quran with a heart full of faith, fast according to the religious precepts, practice patience, purify our hearts, give alms and share with the poor, which are all valuable deeds throughout the month of Ramadan.

I would like to commend all Muslims who have made a commitment to observe the fast during the holy month to the fullest.

On the auspicious occasion of the month of Ramadan in the year 1446 AH, I would like to ask the Almighty to bestow mercy, happiness and good health upon all Thai Muslims and grant them happiness, well-being and prosperity, and may all of your prayers be fulfilled.
