Announcement on The Recognition of Foreign Halal Certification Bodies

The Central Islamic Council of Thailand (CICOT) hereby announces the recognised bodies illustrated in the following the country lists. The recognition serves as a preliminary acceptance of halal certificates issues by the listed organisations.

However, in cases where the information and details of raw materials or products are deemed insufficient, CICOT reserves the right to conduct inspections at the production line, as deemed necessary and on case-by-case basis. Certificates of FHCB, which are not in the list, cannot be cited as raw materials or ingredients. 

This announcement of the Foreign Halal Certification Bodies (FHCB) recognition shall be effective from 16 July 2025 until 15 July 2028
