Phraya Chularatchamontri
(Noi - Muhammad Baqer)

Phraya Chularatchamontri (Noi), whose Islamic name was "Muhammad Baqer," was the son of Phraya Chularatchamontri (Aka-yee) and Khunying Sa. He served in the Department of the Right Harbor during the reign of King Rama IV (King Mongkut).

Eventually, he was royally granted the title of "Luang Srinawarat." Later, when Phraya Chularatchamontri (Nam) passed away, he was granted the title of Phraya Chularatchamontri, the head of the Department of the Right Harbor. He is considered the fifth Chularatchamontri of the Rattanakosin Kingdom and the ninth of the Kingdom of Thailand.
